Made $2500 in purchases and have not received/upgraded to premier silver status

Hi, 

 

I spent $2500 this calendar year and my RZ membership has not been upgraded to the silver premier status. 

 

All $2500 in purchases have posted and the points were issues, but the status bar still says I need $600 dollars for premier. 

 

Can a Mod PM please help?

Is that all in purchases, or are you including things like bonus points?

Purchases only. I bought A macbook ($1100), two iPads($1000), and another laptop($500) this calendar year.

I've beein in the same situation for a while now and mine still isn't fixed!  Says I still need $506.  However I should have reached Silver Status a long time ago.
