Hey jturner0813,
That's definitely an issue that you would want to continue to work directly with the folks at CinemaNow to resolve so I hope they've followed up on those tickets.
In the meantime, I was looking for solutions myself and came across a post in their help section, here. It applies to LG Blu-Ray players but perhaps the same solution would work for your HDTV. It sounds like you could make sure your device (TV in your case) is on, then, on your computer, redeem your code on the movie but don't actually download it there. Instead access the "My Video" library on the device and it should be available. Keep in mind that this is not an official resolution as it applies to LG Blu-Ray players and I am not an official CinemaNow Support Representative but it might be worth a shot if you haven't tried that already. Otherwise, I would recommend waiting to hear back from CinemaNow on the tickets they opened.

Thanks Kyle, sounds like this might just be a possible solution... I will give it a shot and thank you for taking the time to reply back, much appreciated Sir!

I was sent an email after activating CinemaNow on my streaming DVD player. The email invited me to try a movie "on us" I foowed the instructions on my computer and DVD player.
Here's how to get your movie:
1. Go to the CinemaNow.com/mymovie
2. Select a movie, choose buy and add it to your cart.
3. Enter your coupon code NONP75681817A08
4. Sign in or create a new account. No subscription required!
5. Stream instantly on your PC or Mac, your activated home device or through CinemaNow on the PlayStation®3.
All I ever got is this coupon is invalid or has already been used.
Roxio responded to my email telling me to contact BestBuy.
I must say it isn't the best introduction to a BB service.
