What ever "magic" they did behind the scenes seemed to have fixed my issue today. I double checked all of my info (name, address, zip, email, and telephone) and my rz and bestbuy.com account matched perfectly. I think some people have a mismatch of information which is easily fixed but there are/were some of us who had another issue that has to be fixed by Best Buy that we cannot see.
