Fed Up with the runaround.

Why does everyone at the reward zone and at Bestbuy reward Mastrecard give me diiferent answers. I had Silver Status rewards when I signed up for the Mastercard I gave my ID number on the applicaton which did nothing. I now have two reward accounts. I than spent over $2500 on my Mastercard  because I was told by a reward representative that the card would go silver and the two accounts could be linked. Now the reward rep said that cant be done, and my Mastercard is only good for points if its used at BB.  So the've been lying to me. Why do you put your name the Mastercard If you have nothing to do with it. I want my accounts linked like I was told they could be. Does anyone know what is going on?

New to forums. So I did some reading and fond out I am no the only person this has happened to. Its rediculous I dont want to think about the money my family and myself has spent in that place. Than this type of thing happens.
