When I first started the rewards program, the rewards certificates were mailed to my house. I did not register an online account before you eliminated my mail and when you posted my reward certificates, I was not able to access them. My $20 reward certificate that I spent $1000 to get is expired, and I am upset because I never received the certificate in the mail.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to take advantage of your earned $20 Reward Zone Certificate.  It does look like this certificate was issued around our transitory time within Reward Zone.  I am glad to see you have since been able to activate your account online.
