E03 error message when logging in

When I attempt to log in I receive an E03 message but it says my login information is correct. I am also told to contact 1-888-Best buy. I did that and the rep said my account was cancelled and to write a letter to corporate. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with or another form besides writing a letter and was told "no". I asked her to explain further and she said the only information on my account is that it is cancelled. I'm a silver member for the last few years and it was good through 2013. I had over $1500 in certificates that I can no longer use or access. Any help would be great. Thanks

I feel your frustration! I have gotten the same error message and spend hours on the phone with the cs reps and havent had any luck! I thought I would try posting on here to get some answers... crossing my fingers something happens!

Any luck on this problem I am getting the same error for 6 months now no help when calling in.

I received no help.  I have been told nothing can be done at the store level.  I have a very good working relationship with several of the managers of my local Best Buy and they said they wish they could help but have no way to fix the problem.  If I contact Best Buy through the 800# I am just told write a letter and read the terms and conditions of the program.
