I made a large purchase on Wed, Nov 21 and I can see on myrewardzone.bestbuy.com that my normal points have posted (no longer pending), but there are no bonus points for that promotion.  Will they show up later?

Your regular points from 11/21 have posted already? They shouldn't have posted until 12/21 at the earliest. Bonus points usually show up on the 35th day along with the posting of the regular points, so I'm a little confused how your points from 17 days ago have posted already (not pending).

I have transactions from 11/23 that have already posted, including Silver bonus points.  The 35 days is the latest a pending transaction should be posted, not the earliest.

I've been noticing my points posting in about 14 days lately.  I was thinking maybe it was a change during the holidays.

That is a good question.  It should take between 3 and 5 days for a purchase to appear as pending within a member’s account.  The pending period can last up to 35 days before points officially post, but points can post before that.

It is common for bonus points, such as the Wednesday double points, not to appear as pending right away; however, they should post following the pending period.  Please feel free to send me a private message if the Wednesday bonus points do not post to your account after the pending period.  You can send a private message by clicking on the envelope within my signature.
