My point balance dropped by 169 points.
Severeal of the "MasterCard Bonus: Premier Silver " Point Adjustments to correct for the faulty posting since November have dissapeared.

I was able to locate your Reward Zone account with the email address you have registered on these forums but I am not seeing any indication of the point loss you are reporting. Typically your overall point balance will only go down if you issue a certificate, return an item, price match, or we undergo program Annualization but none of the former seems to apply and Annualization is not relevant to you being Premier Silver.
I have reached out to some Reward Zone contacts for another set of eyes to take a look.at your account. I should be hearing back within about a day so I will be sure to follow up with you as soon as I hear anything.

Same goes for your account; at first glance I don't see evidence of a drop in points. I cross-referenced the adjustments we placed on your account for the Reward Zone MasterCard discrepancies you mentioned in November and they are all showing up on your Reward Zone point activity just fine. Feel free to send me a private message if there is one in particular you would like researched.

Thanks for the repsonse, Kyle. I sent you a reply as a private message a few minutes ago. I also wanted to post on here that whatever anamoly I saw yesterday with missing points seems to have been resolved one way or another (maybe part of the transaction update process that message in Points and Purchases was mentioning).

Some points seem to have return, although not to the balance it was a few days ago.

Ok yingopilee, well for people that are actively using their Reward Zone account, the point balance is always fluctuating, especially Reward Zone MasterCard holders using it for outside-of-Best Buy purchases. My Reward Zone contact did not find anything out of norm either but we have limited visibility to transactions placed outside of our systems so the drop you saw may have been caused by one of those.
