Disappearing Points

We purchased a new TV and other items at the beginning of Oct 2011 and the points were pending in my account. Now they are completely gone. Nothing pending at all. We have not returned a single item of our nearly $6000 purchase and now my points are gone. What happened to them???

Give them a couple days as sometimes between pending and posting they disappear. Take a look on monday and see if they are back.
