The Community Connectors are not able to send out these coupons. Not only are they sent randonmly, but the birthday "reward" is random as well. Just this year I've read where some have received triple points on any single item and where others have received 10% off one item (both of these are on a limited list of items).
The coupon is not sent out "on" your birthday, but can be sent anywhere from 30 days prior to your bithday month, to 30 days later.
I have a copy of mine from 2010 (I haven't received one since), and Computers/Laptops are not included. Computer Accessories are; like dvd drives, hard drives, speakers, keyboards & mice, PC cameras, gaming controllers, memory, cables, etc. But not the actual laptop.
