Does anyone know what happened to the birthday coupon we used to get? The last time I got it was before I became a Premier Silver member in 2009. It was for triple points on one item in a purchase. I've had two birthday since without a coupon.

Not sure if they did away with this or if this is just an oversight as they could never get my e-mail address right in their system. They kept wanting to hold on to an e-mail address that had been changed on my end for a very long time.

It appears they are still sending them out, as I just got done responding to a post where someone received one. It was for 10% off an item, so I'm guessing whether its 10% off or triple points is now random.

Speaking of random, since I received such a coupon last year, but not the year before, but did the previous year, I'm guessing the birthday coupons are sent out as randomly as the 10%/12% coupons were.

I made a similar thread. I didn't receive a coupon, either. My birthday was on Tuesday. It's unfortunate. I was really hoping for something like a Points Bonus, or a triple points offer. Something... (Depressed sigh)

I actually got a text coupon the other day for triple points on any purchase. First one I've gotten in a very long time.
