I am currently banking points because I  am a RZPS member and my membership is suppose to run out at the end of the month. I thought I had enough purchases to continue it another year but it has not updated yet. What happens to the points Im currently banking? Do they just get issued as a RZ cert on the day my membership ends and then I have the regular amount of days to use them (90 days if I remember right)? I just want to make sure I don't lose them completely considering how many points I have. Thanks!

Hi mclassen,

If your Reward Zone status is reset to the standard level, any points that you have banked will be cashed out to the $5 level, and any points that do not meet that threshold (249 or less) will be forfeit.

You are correct, the certificates when issued will have 90 days to be used before they expire.
