I was in and out of Best Buy this month shopping for tablets. With the help of a very informative employee, I purchased an Acer A200. Overall its a pretty good tablet, but I can't get over how terrible Skype is. Bad mic, low sound. I went back to Best Buy to return it. I ran into the employee who has helped me with tablet shopping and I told him the problems I was having with it. He suggested I keep the tablet for a while and wait for the update to Android 4.0 (ice cream sandwich) because it could just be a software issue. He remembered that I was a Premier Silver Member and reminded me that I have 45 days to return the tablet. I went up to customer service to ask about that, they were not sure, but was told no. 14 days for tablets and 45 days for everything else. So I called the Best Buy 800 number and the rep thought 45 days also included tablets, but was not sure. So again, I was transferred to customer relations. I was on hold for a while and gave up and hung-up. So I'm hoping to get to the bottom of this. 14 or 45 days for tablets for Premier Silver Members?
