I bought the JBL Clip through Bestbuy several months ago and barely used it in daily basis. While I had it used recently but found it won't charge. I tried different outlets and chargers, but still the problem persists.

Depending on how long ago you purchased this item, you may still have coverage on it under the manufacturer’s warranty.
I would recommend contacting JBL through their support site here to see if they can assist you.

It seems like JBL products frequently have charge problems. But i haven't hear back from their customer service yet. I was too busy to remember this issue actually.
Maybe you can reach out to them directly and see if they can help you out.
