Reward Zone Tips

Hi RZ members!

Here are some tips to get the most out of your Reward Zone membership!
• Always remember your membership card. It is the easiest way to get your RZ points associated with your account.
• It takes about 2-3 days after you have made an in-store purchase or a Bestbuy.com order has confirmed shipping for your purchase to show in your account at MyRewardZone.com.
• Your Reward Zone points will be applied to your account and appear on the Reward Zone website about 30 days after the date of purchase or delivery.
• You can get certificates by mail or email. Email takes about 7-10 business days and mail takes about 2-4 weeks from the certificate issue date. You can choose your delivery method by setting your preferences on MyRewardZone.com, or you can also view and print certificates directly from that site.
• For standard membership plans, once you earn 250 points, you qualify for a $5 Reward Zone certificate.
• You don't earn points for the amounts of gift cards, gift certificates or Reward Zone certificates spent on a purchase. For example, if you buy something for $100, and use a $50 gift card to pay, you only earn 50 points.
• You only earn points for gift cards purchased from a Best Buy store, not from other locations such as your local grocery store.
• Your card is only for you. If your husband, wife, partner, children, sibling, etc. makes a purchase under a name not on the Reward Zone card, it can't be applied to your RZ account. If you are Mr. Spock, then the name on the purchase has to be Mr. Spock.
• Your certificates are redeemable by anyone.
• Reward Zone coupons sent to you are not capable of being replaced. They are generated by mail and email once and cannot be resent or have their expiration dates changed. However, they can be accessed and reprinted from the Reward Zone website as long as they have not expired.
• Reward Zone coupons and offers must be presented at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, they cannot be applied retroactively.
