Q. Why is the Reward Zone program changing?

A. To deliver benefits faster, more securely and economically.

 

 

Q. Will I be notified of the changes?

A. Yes, Reward Zone Go Digital Program Rules voicemails are being sent to all members.  *Please note that these calls are being made to notify you of the changes to our operations and not meant as a marketing promotion.  *Also, once you have updated/provided your email address at MyRewardZone.com you should not receive any further telephonic communications.  Thank you for your cooperation with this process!

 

 

Q. What do I need to do to ensure I remain a Reward Zone member?

A. You will need to visit MyRewardZone.com and provide/update your email address by October 31, 2009. 

 

Members who have never been to the site before:

-Just go to MyRewardZone.com/activate

-A set-up guide will take you through the rest.

 

-Go to MyRewardZone.com

-Log in

-If you don’t have an e-mail we will prompt you to update your profile

 

*If you don’t have an e-mail address or need to create a new one you can go to any number of free providers including:

gmail: http://gmail.com  

yahoo: https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym  

 

 

Q. Why is an email address going to be required as of October 31, 2009?

A. All certificates will now be issued online.

 

 

Q. Once I have provided/updated my email address at MyRewardZone.com how will I be notified when I earn certificates?

A. We will send you an email letting you know when a certificate is ready and then you can simply log on to MyRewardZone.com to print it at your convenience.

  

 

 

Q. What happens if I do not provide/update my email address by October 31, 2009?

A. Your Reward Zone account will no longer be valid.  *However, you can reactivate your account by making a purchase and going through the online activation process within 30 days of the purchase on MyRewardZone.com.

 

 

Q. What happens to my points if I do not provide/update my information on MyRewardZone.com by October 31, 2009?

A. Your current point balances will be cashed out to the $5 value and all remaining points less than 250 points will be forfeited.

 

 

Q. Reward Zone is becoming an “Annual Program” - what does that mean?

A. Points will be earned in a calendar year.  On February 1st of the following year, all points earned but not redeemed during the previous year will be cashed out to the $5 level, and all remaining balances under 250 points will be forfeited.

 

 

Q. Will the Reward Zone Gamers club qualifying purchase bonus (make $150 of purchases and receive 500 point bonus) be affected by the changes?

A. No.

 

 

Q. What do I need to do to keep my Reward Zone membership current?

A. You must make at least one qualifying purchases during any continuous (rolling) 12-month period.   

 

 

Q. What security measures are being put in place to better protect my earned points/certificates?

A. We will now be printing your name on your certificates to ensure that only you can use the certificates you have earned!

 

 

-Reward Zone Premier Silver members-

 

Q. If I am a Reward Zone Premier Silver member will I also need to provide/update my email address at MyRewardZone.com by October 31, 2009?

A. Yes.

 

 

Q. If I am a Reward Zone Premier Silver member and do not provide/add my email address by October 31, 2009 what will happen to my points/certificates?

A. You will no longer receive certificates in the mail but you will continue to earn points. Certificates will be issued to your account and are visible and accessible online; however, you will not be notified.

 

 

Q. As a Reward Zone Premier Silver member can I choose to save my points until I am ready to go online and cash them out?

A. Yes, however, you will need to access your online profile and select “Point Banking” under your “Certificate Preferences”.

 

 

Q. Will Reward Zone Premier Silver members also have their name printed on their certificate for added security and to ensure that only the member can use their earned certificates?

 A. Yes.

 

-Reward Zone MasterCard members-

 

Q. As a Reward Zone MasterCard member will I also I also need to provide/update my email address at MyRewardZone.com?

A. Yes.

 

 

Q. Will Reward Zone MasterCard members also have their name printed on their certificate for added security and to ensure that only the member can use their earned certificates?

A. Yes.
