Points, Policies, & Reward Certificates

I was wondering if anybody has received certificate in the mail after Jan 2010? The reason I ask is because I have an issue with theft of a certificate and the reps at the Reward Zone customer service can't give me a definite answer as to whether it was printed online or mailed to me. I know they allegedly stopped mailing them in October but I received a certificate in the mail at the end of November

The refund of the points was resolved but I want to know if somebody hacked my account or stole my mail. I am getting no help whatsoever other than being told when the certificate was used and where (in the same state which seems to point to mail theft).

You're right in stating the RZ program "went digital" around October of last year.  Since then, there is no longer an option to have the certificates mailed.  Nothing new happened around January 2010 accept for the change in the points rolling over.  Prior to that date, points always carried over into the next year but no they expire at each 1 year period.  All any RZ rep would be able to see in the systems when calling 1-888-BESTBUY is the information you were already informed of.  That department isn't responsible for manually issuing certificates.

However, one of the Community Connectors (BB corp employees/forum moderators) should be able to look into this for you.  One of them should be along Monday or Tuesday to assign your thread to the CC best equipped to answer your questions.  Threads are assigned in the order they are received.
