Points, Policies, & Reward Certificates

I have been trying to access my account at the reward zone website and it says that theinformation does not match any records This is strange because I had access to it maybe 2 weeks ago to check on my pending purchases I made. I have just reached 2500 points (Silver Premier Member) pending the points. Please help. Thanks.
