My girlfriend threw away my tripple rewards points coupon, any idea where I can get it back.Ii have already checked my reward zone silver and there is nothing there.

I am sorry that you lost your triple point’s coupon; I encourage you to work with the store during your purchase to see if they are able to assist you. I already made the purchase on 02/15/2012. The store says i need the coupon. I actually received a coupon on the 18for tripple points. i dont want to go back return the purchase, then re purchase again. What do you need me to do ??

I can understand that you would not like to return and purchase your items, but in order for the store to help you honor the coupon, the purchase must be made from 2/18-2/20. I encourage you to take a look at your inbox, as I believe the coupon was sent out a couple of times throughout the weekend. If you are not able to visit the store today, as the final day of the offer, please send me a Private Message with your “Customer Service Pin Number” located at the bottom of your purchase. I will be happy to take a look and see how I can help you out.

I  never got a response back from you. thanks for nothing !!!!!! i returned the computer and bought a new one from Fry's for the same price. I wont be going back to best buy soon.  three yera silver rewards memeber gone for some points.

As Karina said previously, the purchase had to be made between 2/18 and 2/20. You made the purchase 5 days prior. There was a follow-up email sent to members for 2/25-2/26, but you would have had to make a return and re-purchase the product(s) on the days specified on the coupon.

Most likely you sent Karina the customer pin and transaction information for your 2/15 purchase. There was nothing she could have done with that information. She would have needed the customer pin and information for the 2/18-2/20 're-purchase' to do anything for you. Sorry if you failed to understand this.

Fry's doesn't have a rewards program to the best of my knowledge. I guess you'd prefer not to deal with these types or programs, which is fine. If you decide to go to Best Buy again, try not using the rewardzone program, I don't think anyone has ever twisted my arm to use it.

I won't be going back to best buy.period. What good is a rewards program, when it never applies to anything. I would rather save a couple of bucks then hi back too best buy. I sure do miss circuit city.
