I was messing around with my reward zone points preferences, and apparently redeemed a $15 certificate online. I didn't receive an email, and it appears you can't print it out anywhere either. Nothing is listed under print certificates, even though this shows it was redeemed recently.

Are these lost forever, or is there something I'm missing? The reward site is less than helpful. It'll let me click to view details for every purchase I've made in the last 90 days, but doesn't let me view the certificate I redeemed but didn't print.

that happen to me!!! I was in touch with someone from the reward zone membership due to another issue and mentioned how my points had gone down...yet I couldn't see anything that was different on my end other then the loss of points. She (customer service) could see that I had printed a RZ certificate out. Which I had NOT! She said she would void the RZ certificate and credit me back the points but as of yet, they haven't come back into my account.
I think they are lost forever.

just to make clear, I was/am banking my points (as a Sliver Premier member). So I was waiting for some purchases to clear before I printed.

this is awful, especially since these certificates are supposedly made to only be used once. Printing out numerous copies shouldn't be an issue.
