I purchased a go phone minutes card with a rz cert when I got home I could not load the money on the phone, error message read unsuccessful because no funds was on the card, I took the card back to Best Buy and was told by a

manager I could not purchase the card with rz cert, why wouldn't the cashier have said that? The store did not know

how to add the funds to the card, wouldnt exchange the card either, sd they couldnt help me, anyone ever have this issue?

The manager was wrong. RZ certs can be used for almost anything at BB, and PAYG cards are included. If they could not be used to buy PAYG cards, the register would not have let the cashier do it. They work pretty much like gift cards. The store needs to call ATT to verify that the card hasn't been used, and then exchange it, as it sounds like there was a problem with activation of the card.
