Welcome to the forum and thank you for your patience! It's wonderful to hear you had a $100 My Best Buy rewards certificate you were saving to buy a gift with.
Generally speaking, we do not send out notifications regarding the expiration of a certificate. We do however make sure it is easily located, as it is provided in the notification email that a certificate has been issued, and it is available on BestBuy.com when you are signed in. Under our My Best Buy Program Terms, certificates tend to be valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted. For more information, please feel welcome to check out the post below.
I imagine you were pretty disappointed to find your certificate expired. Once expired, we're generally unable to reissue them.
