I was sent 3 seperate emails with reward points for my oled tv purchase and reviews. i do not see them when i go to check out. I'm wanting to purchase the matching 4K player and want to apply my certificates. Can anyone help?

I literally jump for joy whenever I finally have enough points to generate a new certificate. Who doesn't like to see the final total drop if even a little bit? If you do have active certificates, then they should be displayed on the final screen of the checkout process on BestBuy.com. Otherwise, you can redeem them in one of our stores. After a quick review of your account, it would appear you were successfully able to redeem three certificates yesterday.
A potential reason why you may have had trouble accessing those certificates at first was because you had two active My Best Buy™ accounts with the secondary account being linked to your BestBuy.com account. This is where I would usually suggest we perform a merge, but since secondary account has zero activity I have gone about canceling it. You now have one active account that is linked to your BestBuy.com account. Let us know if you have any other questions.
