Please be advised that I returned an Imac and trackpad the end of november and I have not been returned the 3250 reward zone points I used toward this item and it is now the middle of january. I have sent two emails and no reply to either, even though the auto-answer says within 72 hours. Can i get a little help Please!

This got what I consider to be GREAT action! I wrote about the problem last nite and I got my points today. Thank You very much and I wil continue to deal with BEst Buy in the future!

I am not sure if there is a stated time for when returned items points show back to your account, mine is now coming up on two months! I have contacted customer service, not heard a peep! Then there is the Feb 1st reset day where all unused points get "zeroed" out and you basically lose them all. A Little frustrating to say the least. This combined with my store experiences that last couple of visits, I find myself going there less and less, not buying anything, or even interested in stopping in and browsing, and I use to look forward to going in my local store and browsing at least once a week if not more.
