i have a purchase of $5,340.75 & $3,214.20 that ive been trying to take care of for way too long. I'm sick of trying to deal with the idiots at the store. I believe someone has entered my receipt on their personal account from the store or something. I've been told too many different stories of this that and the other.
I want some answers or i will NEVER shop at best buy again.

i bought (3) surface pro 3's and the only history of the purchase is the receipt i have in my hand. its been more than a year and i still havent been given my reward points either.

There is no doubting that two purchases totaling more than $8,000 could result in a lot of points, so I can understand feeling frustrated if neither is attached to your My Best Buy™ account. A problem we may encounter though is the age of each purchase. A purchase made more than 180 days ago cannot be reported as missing. It could turn out that both purchases are already attached to your account and may just not qualify for points. I cannot say for sure without first reviewing your account.
