Dear Best Buy,
Used a $10 rewards certificate in store on 3/3/17 then returned on 3/7/17.
Its now 3/19/17 and still haven't received the $10 back into my account.

It's wonderful to hear you redeemed a certificate with us, although I'm discouraged to hear the purchase may not have worked out for you as you returned it just a few days later. Generally certificates should be returned to an account within 6 business days. It seems you're a few days beyond this timeframe, and I apologize if you haven't received it yet.
