this is really making me mad my last points i got from christmas shopping and that i would have used for my bday are about to be taking from me  i wont enven get a 5 card out of  the the theft of my points  i have 245 points and my recent buy this mouth that would have gave me my bday points wont post in time for me to use them . takeing away peoples points is wrong i am a loyal costumer

I feel your pain about to lose 247 points here ..... and have 70 points pending ... very aggravating and not very customer centric on Best Buy's part.  This program does set them apart from WalMart and Amazon but I will think twice in the future.

I really think they should do away this program of take away your points this you spend your hard cash there and they take away the points you earn. I think they should do away with this cause it feel like we are get rob of these point we work hard to earn them.

yall call the best buy number and complain (1-888-237-8289)  thats what i did and now i am geting my points back
