about 2 months ago i bought a TV 2 video recording cameras a laptop and a bluray player. the guy at best buy told me if i wanted to join the reward zone program so i to told him sure. he gave me a card and my best buy credit card back. he told me to register online and i will get my points. i spend arround $2000 dollars on everything. then today i looked into my account and saw no points. it said i had no purchases made. is there a way i could get my points back. I lost the receipt but arent my purchases on my credit card? thanks in advance
