I have tried several times to call the support number and I keep be disconnected.
So how do i get ahold of support so I can change my name on account if theres no email either?

I sincerely apologize for any frustrations you may have faced. Changing the name on your account is generally a very simple process and you need not worry about emailing us as I should be able to assist you here.
