I accidentally cancelled an online order that I placed tonight and which I partially paid for using a reward certificate that was scheduled to expire tomorrow (3/4). I've read the FAQ and realize that it'll take 3 to 6 business days for the points to be refunded; will the points refund still occur even though the certificate was scheduled to expire before the next business day?

Please ignore my original post. While I was composing it, my reward certificate was reissued to me. Thanks for the quick turnaround!! Sorry for the unnecessary post!

Hello rf2 -
Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm truly sorry to hear you accidentally cancelled an order you had used a certificate on. As you found in our FAQ, it may take 3-6 business days for certificates to be returned. Despite the certificate expiring, the points for the certificate should be returned to you and a new certificate may be issued. I'm glad to hear the points were quickly returned so that you may replace your order.
