can't add missing points

I had trouble ordering an item and had to place an order over the phone. This was on the 24th of last month. The phone agent didn't ask for my rz number. I have already received the item and have tried many times to add the transaction but it always says can't find the transaction. I e-mailed customer service, no reply within a week. Sent another e-mail a week ago and still no response. I'm really getting tired of the poor customer service from best buy both in store and online. How can I get my points added?
