Why did I lose points from an adjustment?

Is there a time limit on how long I have to accrue and use Points?

Re: Why did I lose points from an adjustment?

Hi satrespoth,

I will be happy to answer your question regarding accumulating points.

To accumulate points there is no limit as the timeframe goes; the membership is good for its lifetime.

Once you accumulate more than $2,500 qualifying purchases in the calendar year, your membership goes from basic to Premier Silver status. The status stays active as a Premier Silver member will begin when you qualify, will continue through the end of the following calendar year and will end on the last day of the following February. To learn more about the benefits of being a Premier Silver customer, I encourage you to read more here.

If you are not a Premier Silver customer, points get generated bases on the increments that you set your account on, for example $5 (250 points) $10 (500) and $20 (1,000). As soon as you accumulate the amount of points you have specified, we’ll send you an e-mail letting you know that a reward certificate has been issued and is available to be printed. As for how long you have to use the certificate, they are valid for 90 days from issue date.

There is Annualization that takes place every beginning of the calendar year. Annualization happens at the beginning of every calendar year, the Points in your account will be issued as Reward Certificates down to the $5 level and any remaining Points balance will be forfeited. You will begin earning Points for the new calendar year on January 1. For example, if you have 300 Points, you will receive a $5 Reward Certificate (250 Points) and you will forfeit 50 Points. For more information visit the Reward Zone Program rules.

I hope I have answered all your questions; however to learn more you are welcome to visit the FAQ that MyRZ.com.

Have a great day,

Re: Why did I lose points from an adjustment?

I really hate how you make the sliver hard to get what if your don't shop there alot cause you don't make that much to spend at best buy I think they should do away with this program were they take away point after one year I think they should change it or get rid of it. If they want to keep customers come back and make them happy there to shop there.
