Where are my points?

I had 70 total points, and now I have 0. What happened? Also my status to retain my premier silver says $14 spent, when it said $64 spent. Why is that?

Did you make a return? Did they reset in february like normal?

The February reset does not affect Silver members unless that status is lost.

The reduction in amount spent may be a returned item, did you or someone you bought something for, return it? This could also explain the points, since you have 45 days to make a return, points awarded after 35 days would be reversed once the return was made.

All my posts are not representative of Best Buy, its affiliates, subsidies, parent if any, stockholders or anything to do with Best Buy. I love Best Buy even though I work for a competitor, I do not now nor have I ever worked for Best Buy.

I didn't make a return, but I did make an exchange. Looking at my points and purchases history, that looks like the reason my points were taken away. Thank you both!

I also want to point out that you do have some purchasing pending, and like Walrus explained the points are honored in approximately 35 days.

 

Other than that, your Reward Zone account looks up to date.
