• $25 bonus reward certificate after you are approved for a new Reward Zone® program credit card and make a purchase on the card within 30 days.

I got my card on 11-28-12 and made purchase the next day.

I have gotten one email back from Best Buy Rewards but i had to email them back with more info. If i get any good news i will forward.

I am sure that you are very excited to get your $25 Reward Zone certificate, and I wanted to let you know that it usually takes around 4-6 weeks, after your initial purchase, to receive the RZ certificate. It appears that you are still within the promotional time frame, and from what I can see in our system your account information appears to be in order.

If you do not see your certificate within the 4-6 week time frame I would suggest checking your spam folder; sometimes spam filters will sent our emails to that folder.
