I made two purchases without my RZ card but was able to enter them on the website after that.
While the system accepted the transactions, they still remain under "Report missing purchases" showing "Points successfully added to your account"
Why they are not listed as "Pending" on my recent transactions? Are they being processed or what? That "successfully" message is misleading IMHO.
Does anybody has any advice?

Purchases happened last Sunday Sep/27th and entered to RZ on Sep/29th. In fact I entered three transactions.
1 shows "You already have a points credit for this transaction" and it is listed in my "recent transactions" as "pending"
Other 2, say "Points successfully added to your account" but I am not sure what/where it means.
What and when should I expect to happen next?

Thank you for participating in our Reward Zone program and I apologize for any confusion over your point balance.
I was able to look into this for you and found that the 3 purchases made on 9/27/2009 were applied manually on our site - to your account. However, please be advised that it can then take up to 30-days for you to be able to see these points processed into your account. Make sense? ![]()

Thanks Sarah. Effectively transactions with full details are now listed under "new purchases". Now it is just matter of waiting the ~30 days period to enjoy the points.

My purchase (which was considerably more) was on 9/5/09. This guy's purchase was almost a month later. He got his points quicker than I did.
What is wrong with this picture?
