I used the email address you registered with the forum to look over your account, and I do see that you currently have an active $5 certificate. With the reinvention of the Reward Zone program to the My Best Buy™ program, you can now access your My Best Buy™ account by logging onto BestBuy.com, as long as the two accounts are linked. You should also be able to access your account at MyBestBuy.com.

I have to go to several places before I am able to log on. Then when I finally try to log on it says my information is correct, but I need to call customer service before they can open it. I do not want to spend a half an hour on the phone. Why can't it just log me in if my log on info is correct?
