Unable to link Rewardzone Mastercard account for months

Hi all. I've been trying to link my Reward Zone Mastercard with the MyRZ site for months now. I tried to contact via the form once and was told they were having issues and to try again in a few days - it's been over a month since then and I still cannot link.

 

Every time I try to activate, it says it's already active.

 

Every time I forget password, it says it doesn't exist.

 

I'd really like to redeem some of these points that I've earned....

I'm sorry we didn't get back to you sooner but I would be happy to assist with getting you online access to your MasterCard Reward Zone account.  It sounds like this is a case of having multiple Reward Zone accounts so we may need to do some consolidating.  Would you mind sending me a private message with your:

 

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Reward Zone member ID (all of them if you have multiple)

I wasn't able to confirm a solid record using the email address you have registered on these forums so I just need to gather some more info to verify the record.

I also need help with this, after reading through the forums, I read that it was possible to link but don't know how. Were you able to figure out how? Also having problems not getting points for purchases outside of Best Buy.

I will be happy to assist you further. Please send me a “Private Message” by selecting the option from my signature bar, with the details of the purchases that are not reflecting on your Reward Zone account.

And please clarify on how is it that you need help linking accounts, I am a little confused as to what you refer to as when you state that you are need help “linking.”
