I have been unable to access my Reward Zone account for at least several weeks now. I continually receive the dreaded E02 error whenever I try to log in. I have tried using IE9, Chrome and Safari on both my laptop and desktop PCs to no avail. I have also tried to log on using the Best Buy Android app, but upon entering my ID and password and authorizing, I get the message "Unable to load Reward Zone points. Please try again later." I know that I have at least $55 in RZ certificates available, but I cannot access it to use. This situation is growing increasingly frustrating and seems to be a widespread issue. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

No dice on any of Summer's recommendations, nor have I heard back from her. The support member I spoke to on the phone from my local store was not able to give me a certificate number as I have my points set to bank, therefore there was no certificate to see. She told me that she changed the option from banking to creating certificates and that should trigger the creation of a certificate but I have not received any e-mail notice of this as I used to when a certificate was available. It seems as though my only option now is to create a new account and have the points transferred over to that account so I can actually use them.
