Still waiting on points to be added

I purchased a television that was supposed to net me 347 points for my My Best Buy rewards account, but the points are still in the pending phase even though I purchased the TV back on September 2. Any help with expediting this process would be much appreciated.

Good morning hms1160,

 

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

The reason why those points are still pending in your account is because the TV was purchased on 9/2.  As you may read in a lot of other threads on the forum, it can generally take up to 20 days for points for an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's account.  You should see those points officially post to your account by 9/22.  It is just a matter of waiting a little bit longer.  If for some reason those points have still not posted after 20 days, then please feel free to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to further assist.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature.

 

My Best Buy™ - Program Terms

 

"Points will post to a member's account 15–20 days from purchase date, shipment date, or delivery date. If you return an item in a qualifying purchase for which you received points, we will deduct the corresponding number of points from your account."

Yep, just saw that myself and now I feel like a dope. Smiley Tongue  Thank you! I'll check back after 9/22 and cross that bridge then if need be.
