I started a thread 2 months ago about the points I was missing and had a couple of dialogs with a "Kyle". I have now confirmed that it has been way more than the 8 weeks since my original Nutrisystem order and I'm still missing my 4000 points. Is there anyone that I can call directly about this issue since no one is able to assist me online?
