Well it has been six weeks now................................still no bonus points, still no pending points in my purchase history, and still not reply to my original emails!  I just sent them ANOTHER email request to fix this.  This sucks!  This is the last time I sign up for anything from the BB RZ Program Partners!

I am sorry that the points did not reflect onto your Reward Zone membership within the time you had expected them. I see that you where able to work things out with our Account Maintenance team where they were able to take care of your request.

Just wanted to make sure for any future thread readers that the Reward Zone Hulu promotion did read:

As a Reward Zone® program member, sign up for Hulu Plus and get 1 month free. After that, if you become a paying subscriber, you will get 100 bonus points per month for the first 6 paid months of your Hulu Plus subscription.

To All:

If you have not received ANY points for the Hulu Plus promotion, please send me your Reward Zone member number, contact information and when you signed up.

I just received another 100 points within the last couple of days. I understand the frustration though. I had problems with a Gamer Zone promotion and had to put in a little effort to claim the benefits of it. My new rule for RZ promotions is this: If it's a service or product that I would use, and the price is worth my while, I go with it. Otherwise, I buy from a different retailer.
