I received through USPS snail mail a flyer addressed to me by name offering a $50 bonus reward certificate if I make five $20 or more purchases outside of Best Buy by 08/31/17. It gave a (sort of) web address to "Learn more about this exclusive offer" but when I type that address in the web browser window I get a "404 not found" message. I called the Rewards customer service number to confirm the offer is legit (twice) and they confirmed it was, I just needed to sign up for it. How can I sign up for it if the web address is invalid? I've made my five purchases and the points for them have been added to my account, but I could really use that $50 certificate! Please advise, thanks in advance, and let me know if I need to post that invalid address to help resolve this.

Hello roflol -
Welcome to the forum! It's great to hear you received an offer in the mail and wanted to participate. I'm discouraged to hear you may have had trouble with it initially, but I'm glad to hear it ultimately worked out and you were able to redeem your $50 certificate.
With that said, generally order confirmation emails are received in a pretty timely manner. Please know there may have maintenance on our site last night that may have impacted these times though, and I apologize for any concern it may have caused you. If you should have any further need for assistance, please let us know!
