Rewardzone specialist an A-hole and RZ coupons- Do they even exist?!

I was loking through my BBY card and mastercard statements and I've spent an average of $4000 a year on electronics at Best Buy since 2007. (I'm surprised I was able to afford that) And through all that time I don't recall ever getting any RZ 10-12% coupons or triple points certificates that people on here have been talking about. So I looked into it by calling the RZ dept through 1888BESTBUY and it was a complete waste of time. They have absolutely no clue in what they are doing there! The first time I spoke to someone, his name was Chris, he told me to check my e-mail because that's where I should be recieving them since I've activated my RZ account- I haven't recieved ANYTHING from RZ that has anything to do with coupons or triple points for 3 years!!! So i called "Chris" back and he claims that he's not gonna do anything because it's something that's decided by the marketing dept. at random. He even said that I SHOULD have recieved them and implied that I must have been lying to him. How #$#^ stupid is that!!?? 1. Train your employees on how to interact with your customers 2. After all the money I've spent at Best Buy and years buying crap from there the marketing department hasn't noticed to send out a lousy coupon to one of its loyal customers?! I haven't been given an opportunity to get triple points on stuff I want to purchase instead of the special offers that I am not interested in- oh really? triple points on musical instruments?! I don't play guitar jack@#$ $20 off for a a karaoke machine!? Huh? I go to BBy to buy TVs and PS3s not a drum set!! I've qualified as a Premier Silver member since it was introduced and I still haven't recieved any coupons, and the B-day promo that we're supposed to get hasn't occured either- my birthday was in January. What's up with that?! Now I have over 6500 points and I'm trying to get the triple points coupons by printing some rz certificates, but they aren't included with the friggin' certs. I'm looking to buy another TV this weekend and the only reason I was going to best buy is because of the RZ program, but now I feel like I've been cheated and I'm contemplating on going to an Ultimate Electronics or just buy it online. Would it hurt BBY to add an incentive for loyal shoppers to keep coming back? Should I be taking my business elsewhere? I don't mean to sound spoiled or anything but to be fair- a program that is supposed to offer perks should follow through with is supposed benefits and promises and a customer service specialist should specialize in word choice and tact especially when they want to keep people's business. I could save way more money buying things through other stores than what i could get back in banking stupid points. I like going to best buy because I like it, but don't give me a reason to hate it.

Please allow me to begin by saying that we truly appreciate your participation in our Reward Zone program and I am very sorry to hear how we have failed to show you this.  I am hoping however, that I can show you now! 

 

I can completely understand your disappointment over not receiving our promotions as expected.  While unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of these as they are sent randomly, and we don’t always offer them on a monthly basis, I will put in a request to opt you into (or back into) our mailing list ASAP.  I will also try and get you our next promotion by email in advance as a one-time courtesy, so please keep your eyes open for this email!  Also, just in case this helps, if you used to receive our promotions but did not end up using them over a period of time, this could be a reason why they have not been coming lately.  Still, I apologize for any disappointment.
