I returned an item which I used rewards certificates to purchase, and it has been over 6 business days and I have not yet received a refund for the rewards points. The purchase was returned on 3/3/16, and today is 3/14/16, and there is no sign of the returned points in my account as of this morning. What can I do?

It sounds like you may have read over some of the similar threads on the forum. As you may have read, it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation. Your 6th business day would be today (3/14) if the return was processed on 3/3.
It does not appear that points have reposted to your account yet, so I will be sending you a private message shortly to ensure it is up-to-date.
