I made a purchase on 3/2 online; I have called customer services 3 times about my rewards points for this purchase, the points are not showing up pending. I contacted customer service on 3/14 and was told they would show up today, they are still not showing. I am highly frustrated because I have been dealing with Best Buy for over 10 years not and have never had any issues with the Rewards Points not show since Best Buy started the program.

Welcome to the forum! It's wonderful to hear you've been such a loyal customer over so many years. With that said, I'm sorry to hear you've had such difficulties with this order. If you usually see purchases pending much sooner, I can understand your concern.
Please know that purchases may take 15-20 days to post. I apologize if you were anticipating to see this sooner on your end, and if you were provided any misinformation. As this purchase was made on 3/2, please allow through 3/22 for this purchase to post. If you still don't see it on your end, please let me know!
