I have attempted to change/update my address on my Rewards Account every time I have moved in the last few years but my address never updates. When I check out at a Best Buy store and they ask me to confirm that my Rewards account information is correct, the address is always my old one from 4+ years ago. Would love to be able to update my correct address information!

Updating your address on BestBuy.com only updates your address for your billing or shipping information. When confirming your information in store, you should have the option to edit it. However, I would be delighted to ensure this is updated on our end.
