I have over 2000 points that I'm trying to redeem to no avail. Customer service is a joke.. When you call customer service they find your problem in a manual and read what it says to the customer.. In my case the points are registared but I can't print out the certificate... The standard answer from them is to check back in 24 hours.... Checked back five time with the same result. I looked on the internet and found that I'm not the only person that has this problem... It seems that if there is a glitch with your account there is no one there that know how to fix it or has the authority to do so..... I am so dissatified with Best Buy that I doubt if I will shop there again or recomment Best Buy to anyone....
