Hi, I've contacted Best Buy customer service twice now and each time have been told my points that I should receive from buying a tv should come in a month or two. The first time I called was in November and was told to wait until January and I called today and was told to wait another few months. I was just wanting to know when my points should come in.

Congratulations on your recent Magnolia purchase! It's amazing to hear you purchased a new TV just in time to enjoy it for the holidays. I apologize if you haven't seen the points post as you anticipated, or have been advised when you've contacted our phone support.
Magnolia and Pacific Sales purchases should post within 35 days of purchase, or in cases where delivery has been selected, from the date of delivery. I'm sorry if you're still missing your points despite allowing plenty of time for them to post. I would be delighted to look into this with you though to get to the bottom of things.
