Reward certificates not showing up after a return

Hi I recently purchased a online product and when I received it was already opened so I took it back to the nearest store and they gave me a refund back but my $15 in reward certificates never posted back on my account. Has been more than 3 days and I have already got the money back into my bank account but for some reason is not showing my return on my account home where you view your purchases. Thanks

Welcome back to the forum! I'm discouraged to hear that you may have received an open item and had to return it. I apologize for any disappointment that this may have caused you.

 

With that said, certificates used on returned items may take up to 6 business days to be returned. If this time frame passes and you still don't see the points for the certificate returned to you, please feel welcome to reach back out.

Good morning Tasha hope all is well.
Still haven't received the $15 in certificates in my account from that return but I also notice that is werid is it isn't even showing my return on my bestbuy rewards account. Thank you for your time

Thank you for following up with me! I'm sorry to hear you may still not be seeing this certificate on your end. With that said, based on the information I was able to locate using the details you registered with the forum, it appears your return was processed on 3/29/17. This would make today only business day 5. Please allow through tomorrow for the certificate to be returned to you. If you still aren't seeing the certificate by the end of the day tomorrow, please feel welcome to reach out to me via private message.
