I got a problem with my certificate.
It expired yesterday 04/08/17. I marked that day. For that reason I went online and tried to order it online before it expired. I tried it twice aroun 10pm and 11:30 pm but both time it said: "The following reward certificates have expired: [xxxxxxxx]."
yesteday the certificate-redem-bottom was still there. Today it is gone.
what should I do?

Welcome to the forum! It's wonderful to hear that you keep track of when your certificates expire so that you can ensure they are redeemed before they do. With that said, I'm sorry to hear your certificate may have been reflecting as expired sooner than you anticipated.
Please keep in mind that certificates expire at 11:59pm CT on the date listed, per our program terms. I imagine this was what happened with your certificates.
